Working out this week...

When did you guys want to lift weights this week? I know last week I only went one day which is pretty pathetic, but I'd like to try to get back on a normal schedule this week... if ya'll are. This Saturday I went out to Katy Trails (http://www.katytraildallas.org/). It was awesome! I may try to get out there in the mornings before work and before 24 hour fitness... probably around 4 AM and increase my running/walking to 5 miles a day. If anybody is up to doing this with me... let me know. It would be nice to have a running partner especially when it's dark. I know this is super early though so if there are any takers... I'll actually be pretty suprised. I realized yesterday how much I enjoy running outdoors. I don't know if getting a full membership at 24 hours would be worth it for me. I do like being able to lift weigths there and seeing you guys... but maybe I'll just stick with the $15 VIP membership while I can until I have some extra money... whenever that will be.

We should all go out and walk the Katy trails one weekend, I've heard of this one restraunt, Dream something or other that is fabulous and right on it. Let me know what you think -

That sounds like a terrific idea. how about the 1st weekend of October. I can't wait for things to start cooling down... where's fall?
